Guidelines and procedure to fill the online registration form

1.You are advised to strictly follow the age criteria before making the payment for the application form. 

2.Age Limit:

• PRE-KG -Not below 3 years and not above 4 years as on 31st May 2027 (born between 1st June 2023 and 31st May 2024).

• LKG -Not below 4 years and not above 5 years as on 31st May 2027 (born between 1st June 2022 and 31st May 2023).

3.Application forms will be available only on our website. It should be submitted online.

4.Please keep the soft copies of the following documents ready before you proceed.

• Passport size photographs of the student, father and mother. (jpg only, size -1mb)
• Any GOI issued photo ID of both the father and mother (Aadhaar Card/ Voter’s ID Card/Passport)
• Student’s Aadhaar card

2.The application form should be filled with utmost care, without any spelling error. (The application will be rejected, if any data entered does not match with the student’s birth certificate.) 

3.Note: Application forms will not be available from the Sacred Heart CMI Kindergarten office.

4.Time allotted for online submission
    1st July 2026 [Wednesday] to 6th July 2026 [Monday].

5.The application should be downloaded only after the payment of application fee of ₹500/-

6.Mode of Payment: Online

7.Interaction session Saturday 11th July 2026. There will be an interaction with parents at Sacred Heart CMI Kindergarten. The time for interaction will be given through the notification menu of the application portal after online submission of application.
Documents to submit at the time of interaction

• • Printout of the completed application form.
  • Self-attested copies of the Birth Certificate & Vaccination Certificate
  • Student’s Aadhaar card
  • Both Parent’s self-attested copies of Photo ID proofs.

8.In case of any technical issues to submit the application successfully, you may please Contact Phone No. 0484-3501340, 3531971 and 7902430303 during the office working hours – [Mon. to Fri. – 08:00 am to 03:30 pm & Saturday – 9.00 am to 01.00 pm]. We will revert within a few hours and facilitate resubmission.

9.You are requested to check the registered email admission portal and your email regularly for all information and notification related to admission.

10.It is compulsory that both parents come along with the child for interaction.
