Guidelines and procedure to fill the online registration form

1. You are advised to strictly follow the age criteria before making the payment for the application form.
2. Age Limit:
   • PRE-KG -Not below 3 years and not above 4 years as on 1st June 2025 (born between 1st
     June 2021 and 31st May 2022)
   • LKG -Not below 4 years and not above 5 years as on 1st June 2025 (born between 1st June
     2020 and 31st May 2021).
3. Application forms will be available only on our website. It should be submitted online.
4. Please keep the soft copies of the following documents ready before you proceed.
   • Passport size photograph of the student, father and mother. (jpg only, size -1mb)
   • Any GOI issued photo ID of both the father and mother (Aadhar Card/Voter’s ID
     Card/Passport)
5. The application form should be filled in capital letters with utmost care, without any
   spelling error. (The application will be rejected, If any data entered does not match with
   the student’s birth certificate.)
6. Email ID is mandatory. If a parent has to submit more than one form e.g.:- twins, separate email ID‘s should be given in order to submit the forms online.
7. Note: Application forms will not be available from the Sacred Heart CMI
   Kindergarten office.
8. The application should be downloaded only after the payment of application fee of ₹ 500/-
9. There will be an interaction with parents at Sacred Heart CMI Kindergarten. The date and
   time for interaction will be given through the notification menu of the application portal after online submission of application.
   Documents to submit at the time of interaction 
   • Printout of the completed application form.
   • Self-attested copies of the Birth Certificate, Vaccination Certificate and both Parent’s Photo ID proofs.
10. In case of any technical issues to submit the application successfully, you may please

    working hours – [08:15 am to 04:15 pm]. We will revert within a few hours and facilitate
    resubmission.
11. You are requested to check the admission portal and your registered email regularly for all
    information and notification related to admission

13. It is compulsory that both parents should come along with the child for interaction.
